- Added the new No Animation notekind when certain animations play
- Adjusted precise timings of some playAnimation events to match the audio

HundrecandAbnormal 8a204c606a Bring back Freeplay rank slamming animation 
Another Freeplay fix caused by the same commit!

Manually reverts changes from https://github.com/FunkinCrew/Funkin/commit/f7a48bcb3b9ab0f5393552b828b8687c6ae6926c where Cam converted the FreeplayRank class into a FlxSpriteGroup.

 		f1066a2b0d Fix Freeplay capsule offsetting once and for all 
And nudge the Gold Perfect sparkles to where they used to be in 0.5.3

Both of these issues were introduced in 0.6.0 and have finally been uprooted. Huzzah!

HundrecandKolo 2425054940 Clamp clear percent to avoid floating point errors 
A clear percent higher than 100% would play the rank slam animation of a pink P over an E, but the P would immediately revert to an E.
This change makes sure any values above 100% become exactly 100%.

Makes various changes to each chart:
* Adjust the length of every hold note trail to match the vocals as closely as possible, across all variations and difficulties
* Revise Easy and Normal charts to be more consistent with the player's chart (from Week 1 to Week 3)
* Fix a handful of charting errors reported on GitHub with Cory
* Fix even more charting errors not reported on GitHub
* Additional bits to make these the most polished charts yet
